My wife and I considered a new boiler for years and were never comfortable with the products or services we were presented with. J.K. was recommended because he is an authorized dealer for the System 2000 which someone had turned us on to. My wife and I took previous estimates of other systems and did a bunch of research into the System 2000 and called J.K. When he came to give us the estimate he actually looked at the house and asked questions and listened and presented us not only with information on the System 2000, but other similar products. In the end, although more expensive, we settled on the System 2000 and had J.K. do some other work for us as well. We have been very happy with the boiler – it has been flawless and extremely quiet since the day it was installed. I even had to go to the garage a few times after it was installed to see if it was running! J.K. did the work as promised and there were no surprises. I felt a tremendous confidence in his work, his knowledge on products and procedures and delivering on expectations. I have recommended J.K. and the System 2000 to others, and will continue to do so as we have been very satisfied.

All American responds faster than any plumbing firm I have seen in Juneau.
I have rentals and have been on 3 different condo boards, so I have worked with lots of contractors.
I like the way the husband and wife team works together to offer better service and prices for the customer.
You’ll call Breehia and she will immediately schedule you or even have Joel on the way already. I have called them and immediately left the house, and they still beat me to the job.
Today, they were at my job in minutes; Joel pulled out the water heater while Breehia drove up with a new one, saving time (and money).
I also like that All American doesn’t have a fleet of trucks or an expensive commercial building to pay for, so their overhead is low and they pass on the savings to you with very reasonable rates.
I always call All American for residential plumbing.
